Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CraveCraft application ("the App") and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

CraveCraft provides users with an AI-powered food recognition and recipe generation service. The App uses third-party Artificial Intelligence technologies (including Google Gemini) to analyze photos of food, transcribe audio, and generate recipes. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that CraveCraft assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Medical and Dietary Disclaimer

CraveCraft is not a medical device. The nutritional information, calorie estimates, and recipes provided by the App are for informational purposes only.

• AI Limitations: The content is generated by Artificial Intelligence and may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. The App may fail to identify allergens, dangerous ingredients, or correct portion sizes.
• No Medical Advice: You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Allergies: You are solely responsible for verifying that recipes and ingredients are safe for your consumption. Never rely on the App to detect allergens.

4. Artificial Intelligence Usage

You acknowledge that the App uses generative AI. By using the App, you agree that:

• You will not use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
• You understand that AI models can occasionally produce offensive or factually incorrect content.
• You grant CraveCraft and its third-party providers (Google) a license to process your text prompts, audio, and images to provide the service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

CraveCraft offers subscription plans and credit packs via in-app purchases.

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. CraveCraft does not store your financial information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your device's account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective policies. CraveCraft cannot issue refunds directly.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this App any material:

• That is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, or scandalous.
• That constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party.
• That is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CraveCraft and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CraveCraft, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
